Our team once arranged a trip for a family travelling through Germany, Austria and Czechia with their mother, who uses a wheelchair. The family set their own itinerary and commissioned us for a multi-day private driver. We first checked step-free access at each site and on the boats; in Hallstatt, we arranged a shuttle in advance, or the driver-guide parked and helped carry the luggage to the hotel.
