Information for your travel enquiry

We collect the name, contact information and travel preferences you choose to share to respond to your enquiry, assess your needs and discuss services. Campaign codes, source tags, UTM parameters and the referring website’s domain are saved with your enquiry to help us understand where you found us. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site fingerprinting, and an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Contact details and answers are encrypted before storage and accessible only to authorised signed-in staff. Hosting and backup providers process data according to the deployed configuration. Please do not provide passport numbers, full dates of birth, medical diagnoses or unnecessary sensitive information.

Use the contact below to request access, correction or deletion. Enquiries are retained for 12 months after the last contact. A separate service agreement may require a different retention period, which will be communicated.
